IPPA ，全名叫iPhone Photography Awards，被誉为“手机摄影奖项里的奥斯卡”，是堪称历史最悠久、选手最强悍、评审最严苛的国际性顶级手机摄影比赛，到今年已经是第十个年头了。

参赛者将使用iOS设备（包括iPhone，iPod Touch，iPad）来拍摄，并且后期只能用App进行简单调试，禁止使用PS等一切编辑软件在电脑上进行修图。每年有一大波一大波的手机摄影爱好者向它奔涌而来，只为在全球获奖名单上占有一席，哪怕只是被提名都会让参赛者获得国际摄影荣誉。

IPPA最近刚刚公布了2016年的年度摄影师以及各分项的获奖作品，今年中国首次打破老外对第一名的垄断，终于拿下了年度总冠军！

《 Man and the Eagle 》

“The brave and wise Khalkhas live along the mountains in the south of Xinjiang and are companions with the eagles. They regard eagles as their children and train them for many years to hunt. This 70 year old man is rigid and solemn in front of family and friends, but when he is with his beloved eagle, the corner of his mouth would curve up. When the eagles reach mating age, although he is very reluctant, the man releases the eagles back into nature so that they can thrive. A mild heart and exquisite love are covered by his weather-beaten face. He is a tough man with a tender heart.”

“I was on a iPhone workshop and reunion with a friend and teacher in Cape Cod. We all went out to photograph the the perfect sunset. I tend to bring a few things when I travel, one being this wonderful red umbrella. When others shoot the sunsets and beautiful scenery, I like to photograph some human aspects in these scenes.”

夺冠的摄影师名叫牛思源，是一个喜欢拍照的新疆人，他习惯把新疆生活中平常的生活细节，用手机镜头记录下来。他说，这次他只是把手机里几千张照片挑了一张发出来，只是想和这个世界谈谈新疆，没想到，夺冠了！最后，彩蛋见下方，我只能帮你到这儿了。

关于IPPA2017年度的参赛信息

一、图片要求

1.照片必须由iPhone/iPod touch/iPad拍摄，不能使用任何桌面图像处理程序，比如Photoshop。允许使用任何iPhone/iPad上的app和iPhone附加滤镜。在某些情况下，我们可能会要求查看原始图像，以确认它是使用iPhone，iPad或iPod touch拍摄的，无法核实的照片将被取消资格。

2.提交的图片必须是原始尺寸、或宽度和高度不小于1000像素。

二、图片类别

抽象，动物，建筑，儿童，花卉，风景，生活方式，自然，新闻和活动，全景，人物，肖像，系列（3张图），静物，日落，旅游，树木，其他。

三、奖项

最高奖项：所有参赛作品角逐IPPA最负盛名的年度最佳摄影师，年度最佳和一、二、三等奖。

18块金条：18个IPPA类别里的第一名将赢得最著名的私人黄金铸币厂生产的金条一块。

银条：18个IPPA类别里的第二、三名将赢得最著名的私人黄金铸币厂生产的银条一块。

作品展示：获得最高奖项的四位摄影师及各类别的一二三名优胜者的作品，将在IPPAWARDS的网上画廊里展示，以及其他IPPAWARDS发布的材料里。

四、获奖证书

1.所有类别里的三位获奖者都将获得IPPAWARDS的证书。

2.提名奖：IPPAWARDS的评审员将奖励提名奖证书给几位他们认为有合适的才能的摄影师。

五、评审标准

评审团成员将从艺术价值，创意，主题和风格的基础上将查看并评选所有的参赛作品，最终评审出获奖者。

六、参赛费用

1张图片：3.50美元

3张图片：7.50美元

5张图片：15.50美元

10张图片：27.50美元

15张图片：35.50美元

20张图片：50.00美元

25张图片：57.50美元

参赛作品没有数量限制，但是我们建议提交您最好的作品。

七、参赛作品的退回

参赛作品将不予退回，只有获奖作品将被保存在文件中用于宣传。 IPPAWARDS不承担任何所提交作品的损坏或丢失。

八、使用图片及免责声明

1.摄影师拥有自己作品的版权及其他一切权利。

2.IPPAWARDS拥有对任何参赛作品的使用权，会对摄影师进行署名，其中可能包括任何IPPAWARDS媒体赞助出版的刊物。

3.所有需要参赛者理解并同意，所提交参赛图像由IPPAWARDS因宣传目的而使用，包括在任何媒体上，如IPPAWARDS直接相关的展览，印刷和数字媒体。

九、参赛保证

1.图片是参赛者的原创作品，参赛者拥有对图片的权利。

2.图片不侵犯任何第三方的权利

3.图片不传达虚假或误导性的印象

4.参赛者提交图片时的任何附加信息是准确的。

十、获奖通知

参赛截止日期过后，所有获奖者将在八至十二周左右在网上公布。每个类别只有一等奖在正式公布前得到通知。
